Rivolto lato corte interna, risulta assolutamente tranquillo e silenzioso, nonchè luminosissimo essendo posizionato al penultimo piano. Il palazzo non è dotato di ascensore.

Il contratto di locazione esclusivamente transitorio può essere di un anno o un anno e mezzo a scelta.

In the Historic Center, on Via San Donato near Piazza delle Erbe, we are renting an apartment exclusively to commuting workers/students not residing in the municipality of Genoa.

The studio apartment, spacious in size, consists of an entrance area and a day/night room with a large and sunny window, an adjacent kitchen with a serving hatch also featuring a wide and sunny window, and a bathroom with a shower. Facing the internal courtyard side, it is absolutely quiet and silent, as well as very bright since it is located on the second to last floor. The building does not have an elevator.

The lease is exclusively temporary and can be for one year or a year and a half, depending on your choice.
