Il palazzo ha a disposizione oltre che l'ascensore anche un comodo montacarichi. La via, privata, ha sbarra automatizzata d'accesso che permette il parcheggio solo ai dimoranti.

We rent a furnished apartment with garden for temporary use with an annual contract to students or non-resident transfer workers. The apartment consists of an entrance hall with large closet, two bedrooms or bedroom and living room, kitchen, bathroom with shower, large and comfortable courtyard/garden with direct access from both the kitchen and a bedroom. The apartment is furnished with a fitted kitchen complete with fridge/freezer, oven and gas cooker, double bed and wardrobe, double sofa bed, washing machine. In addition to the elevator, the building also has a convenient goods lift available. The private street has an automated access barrier that allows parking only for residents.
